Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund. To qualify, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or video proof of the damage. Once verified, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
